Notice:
Notice is hereby given that the 1st ordinary general meeting of the
Members of 89B Wetogether Association will be held on Sunday,
October 30, 2011, at 6 pm at Association’s Office(21/1/A, Dr.
Nilmoni Sarkar Street, Kolkata 700090).
Ordinary Business:
1.To collect Registration Fees and monthly subscriptions from the members.
Special Business:
Open a Savings Bank Account
To consider and to pass the following Resolution as a Special Resolution
a) RESOLVED THAT the Association will open a savings bank account at a branch of Andhra Bank nearest to the Association’s Office as early as possible.
b) RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the savings bank account will be operated jointly by the President, the General Secretary and the Treasurer. The authorized signatories to issue cheque will be any two among the above said three joint operators of the savings account.
